Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge 2011

Hi, Everyone!  I have enjoyed seeing all the creations by the "priscillastyles" Design Team, and now I have been chosen to be one of them!  I am so excited!  I cannot wait to see what the other team members create, that we will oooh and aaah over, and get some inspirational-juice going!  The work that will be shown on the team members blogs will be utilizing images created by "priscillastyles" stores.  The fun will start on Tuesday, January 4th.
Thank you, Priscilla, for making and sharing such wonderful images!  It's my pleasure and a blessing to me to have been chosen as a team member, and I am really looking forward to it!

Christmas Card

Hello, All!  I hope you enjoyed your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!  I had some of the family overnight and we had a lot of fun opening "gag" gifts and playing cards.  The baby was adorable, and he had fun with all the wrappings!

I had been working on this card but didn't get it done in time to give to someone.  So this card goes out to all of you!  Merry Belated Christmas, and may your new year be wonderfully blessed!

I so appreciate every one of you, and appreciate your comments of love.  Take care and may God bless.

Christmas Angel

Merry Christmas, Everyone!  I hope each of you is having a wonderful and blessed Christmas day after the same on Christmas Eve.  I had most of my family with me.  My son proposed to his girlfriend this week, and she said, "YES!"  So we have a wedding in the future.  That's a nice Christmas gift!

I made six of these little Angels for my Red Hat Society Christmas Party.  I saw the directions on another website, and just had to try them!  They're really easy to make, and you can find the directions and pattern here.

Back view.

This is outside of my comfort range, using these untradition colors, but it came together nicely after all.
I made this card for my mother-in-law.

Holly Gatefold Card

This is a gatefold card that I used a Marianne style embossing stencil on, in a fan shape.  I really like using the stencils, because they are so different!  You can do a lot with them, too.
